Crazy, Fly-By Week!

Hey all! Just so you know, you may not think it, but I am very aware that the blog hasn't been updated for several days. We've been all over the country (Cape, Kansas City, and Iowa at 5:30 am tomorrow!) and only home for a few hours in between! Amongst all of the traveling, both our trucks and 1 of our 2 trailers have broke down. Ugh... been some tough luck! Anyhow... I do have some new pics to post... but it's not happening tonight, since it's 11 pm and I'm waking up in a few hours.

Busy Weekend!

Hey all! Lots going on! Chloe turned 9 months. Believe it or not, I'm actually 'late' on taking her 9 month picture. (As in, I havn't done it yet! Ugh!) We were up in Iowa on the 18th. I did get a great shot of her on her Grandpa's tractor... so for now, that's her 'unoffical' 9 month shot! She had her 9 month pedi checkup today and checked out great! She was 18 lbs 9 ozs and 28" long. Right at average and growing perfectly!

Chloe got to take her first fourwheeler ride and totally loved it!

Our huntin' cabin in Iowa is coming along. I'm so impressed at Chad's skill! He's completely building this thing from the ground up. I married a stud. =-)

Miss Dori Fae had her prom this weekend and looked absoulutly beautifully, gorgeously, crazy stunning!! I got to hang with her during the day and do photo shoots all day long, so it was a great time!!

Tot and Shanti are hitting the Cards game tomorrow night. They stink! I wanna go too! Hehe. =-)

I bought flowers today. Clo and I are all ready for Spring planting! Yay!

Ummm... I feel like I'm forgetting something?!?! Anyhow... I guess that's it for now!

Easter in Iowa!

Hey all! We had a very happy Easter... got to visit some family and Chloe had a blast getting into her Easter stuff! She had a visit from our PAT gal this morning. It went great! She's sooo close to crawling... goodness! She's got me on the edge of my seat, just waiting to catch her in action. The other morning I went to get her out of her crib and she had herself pulled halfway up the railing!

Her favorite word is still 'Mom' (of course!). Although... I really AM working to get her to say 'Dada.' Hehe. Also, she weighed in yesterday at 18 lbs 12 ozs.

Hey all! I'm updating the blog tonight from Effingham, IL. The boys have some roofing meetings in Beecher City over the next couple of days, so Clo and I are planning on kicking it here in town. I think we're going 'Antique-ing' tomorrow. There's a little shop right by our hotel. =-)

There's a pool here, so we took Miss Punkin' Sunshine for her very first swim and she LOVED it!! The pics and video are below!

Double Date (plus a cutie pie!)

What a bunch! I heart these ppl!

Hey all. So... last night was the best time ever. We had double date (plus a cutie pie!) night and it was so much fun! Me, Chad, Chance and Shantelle (I love, love, love this girl!) and Punkin' Sunshine went out for steak, then came back to our place for a little visiting. And of course, I had to take a group photo, being the photo fanatic that ya'll know I am! Anyhow... the group photo is above. Makes me realize how blessed I am with my own little family in the 'middle of nowhere, MO.' It was such a great evening! Can't wait to do it again, soon!
